A complete collection developed from concept through design, pattern cutting and sampling, culminating in a runway presentation at Hong Kong Fashion Week SS15 as part of Fashionally #3, presented to an audience of 200+

SS15 FALLEN

FALLEN SS15 - an exploration of my own design language and aesthetics through the context of tailoring, questioning familiar constructions and established ways of wearing blazers, waistcoats and trousers. The collection experimented with new construction methods and dressing conducts, while emotionally drawing from a poem written by my partner at the time, which shaped the melancholic mood running throughout the collection.

Somehow we are in the middle of a 35,000- feet fall. Oxygen is scarce and hypoxia is starting to set in.

'We will be unconscious soon, and cannonball at least a mile before waking up again.'

Souls start to crave for an escape.

Struggling, out from bodies in every way,

just to escape.
