A bespoke wine hamper was developed for Grey Goose, where I led the design refinement process and personally crafted the initial prototype, all subsequent iterations, and the final approved sample. Following design finalisation, and in-house production run of 25 units was completed. I established the manufacturing workflow and organised production stations to deliver all units within approximately two weeks. The project encompassed end-to-end responsibility for design, prototyping, production planning, and manufacturing coordination.
