PAYMENT

CURRENCIES

Payments as well a refunds for shipments are all invoiced in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

credit cards will be debited in HKD, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To add a payment method to your account and pay for your order, please follow the below steps:

 

Step 1

Login to your account and click on 'Payment methods'. Add your card details accordingly.

 

Step 2

From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account.

 

Step 3

When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.

If you don't want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you'll be asked to enter them when you click ‘Pay Now'.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

Pricing

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Tracking

Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery services. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email and with, if applicable,  a tracking informations  for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Handling

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Condition of returns

All items should be returned new and unused, with the KURT HO tag intact and with the original packaging within 10 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Any authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

Please contact our Customer Services Team if any of your purchases have been delivered without the aforementioned tags.

All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.

Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are not returned by our return service.

 

Shoes

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without their original packaging or with marks may not be accepted and returned to you.

 

Swimwear

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear without removing the hygiene strips. Returns will not be accepted if this strip is removed or if the items are soiled, they may be returned to you.

 

Non-returnable items

We are unable to refund or exchange the following products, unless they are faulty:

  • Sale items

  • Jewellery for pierced ears

  • Hampers, both bespoke and non-bespoke

  • Beauty - including cosmetics, fragrances, nail products and personal grooming

  • Hosiery

  • Ladies briefs

  • Men's underwear

  • Hats

  • Bodysuits and shapewear

  • Books

  • Face masks and coverings

Faulty goods

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. If any items or services you purchase are faulty, you have the right to return them for a full refund including the cost of shipping. Please contact our Customer Services Team should you wish to return a faulty item. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. However, if an item you receive is damaged, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

Late returns

Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy without prior notification will only be accepted in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.
